LLMP vs Rope Drop

Has there been an testing since LLMP went online to see how rope dropping compares? It seemed like you could avoid Genie+ by rope dropping, but I’m curious how that works now.

There is a family there now (@EMgoblue) who are not using LLs at all and they seem to be doing just fine! Between RD and zigging while others are zagging, it’s totally doable.

That said, August is not the highest crowd month so it’s hard to say how things would go in, e.g., December.

Here is my TR if you want to check it out:

If you don’t feel like reading all of it, then I can definitely confirm that we are doing great without LL’s! Let me know if you want any specific questions answered!

We are doing both rope drop and LLMP and it’s nice for cutting down your park hours. We have been rope dropping and can easily fit in the majority of the park by dinner. That’s with a leisurely pace and lots of diversions (snacks, shows, shopping).
