LL Return times disappear after Optimizing

Not sure if I’m doing something wrong, but I’m having an issue with LL return times.

  1. I tap 3 dots on a ride, tap “Add Lighning Lane”, select a time, tap save.
  2. At this point, it shows my LL at the top of the plan in the summary, but all the times are now gone from all the rides in my plan.
  3. Tap Optimize. After Optimize completes, my LL return times are gone.

Are you doing the plan on the website or app? I only ask because I find it much easier on the website and I think it behaves better.

Have you tried evaluating first and then optimising? I haven’t done a plan with LLs since they were FPs so I don’t have any great advice.

I haven’t had this problem but I don’t add LL’s by tapping in the plans steps. I do use the desktop version as it is WAAAAY easier. There is a section at the bottom to add your LL return times. I haven’t had any issues with the system deleting my LLs. I have had the system put the ride is a different time slot, effectively not using the LL I have in there. This doesn’t happen often but sometimes the system finds a way to save even more time without using the LL. There is a way to override that I think.
