LL clarification?

If I want to start at HS and hop to MK and want to get LL in both parks, I just buy the LL pass for HS since it is the first park I am going to? Say I want to ride 2 rides with LL at HS and then want to start getting them for MK do I have to wait until I am in the park? Or once I tap into ride #1 at HS I can book one for MK? In theory, if I wanted to to all 4 parks in 1 day would I be able to get the LL at each park without rebuying it?

Yes - or to be clear, it is the first park where you want to book LLMPs.

You need to tap into one ride to unlock tiers and cross park LLs. So just make sure you tap into something (expiration and MEPs don’t count).

Yes.
