Liveish report first timers to universal and WDW

Liveish… We’ll see how this goes. Universal 2 days and WDE 5 days. I will likely edit along the way.

11/16 flew in with lay over in Austin. Actually our journey started about 430 am and while driving to the airport saw a pack of coyotes cross the road in front of us. If that wasn’t entertaining enough, we then saw, from the freeway, about 5 people lit up by police lights coming out of the back of a business with their hands in the air just like in the movies. So we were entertained from the get ho

Did not need to deplane our southwest flight which was awesome because we could move towards the front of the plane. The sad part was we got off the plane quickly but our luggage took about 45 more minutes to show up at baggage claim,

We lyfted to the double tree at universal entrance. Paid $133 a night and got what we paid for. Room was fine but was glad it was only for a night. Close proximity from the parks-we took a 5 minute Uber to diner at cowfish at universal citywalk. Costing only $6. Glad we opted for no rental car as parking at the hotel was $33 a night and universal.wpuld have cost as well.

Cow fish. Kids (10 and 11yr old boys) rated cowfish 5/5. We sat on the balcony overlooking city walk. Weather is impeccable. I had the Doug’s fusion roll- Sushi roll with filet on top. My 11 year old- I’ll call him L- had firecracker roll. My 10 year old had the bento box with firecracker roll and mini burger and my husband had the jalapeno burger. We all shared the signature Burgushi roll and loved that one
