They are having a Halloween costume night for one of our dining nights. Which irritates us.

Oh, true. We have a 9 night cruise. We probably will just skip eating in the main dining room that night anyhow. We might actually eat in port. We have two days in Saint John, so we can stay later in the city if we want since we don’t have to be back to the ship for another port.

I love/hate this opportunity! Obviously I hate passing up a free meal but it’s fun to eat in port too. I think we will eat at Disney Springs!
Also worth noting that sometimes later in the cruise if they don’t sell out the specialty venues they will come around offering deals. These are negotiable! We got Giovanni’s on the Freedom for like $30 if I recall.

I don’t mind dressing up. We like pirate night and disneybounds. But I wouldn’t like being around other passengers in scary costumes.

I think you are right. I see an 8pm Trick-or-Treat Kids Costume Parade on day 7. That night is Italian night on the MDR menu.

@Jeff_AZ is correct. She is improving. Not better, but heading in the right direction. She is still in the hospital and will need rehab, but my wife is feeling like we can go on the trip!

Yes. You can easily use the app to look at another ship’s deck plans, dining menus, activities, entertainment, theme nights, etc.

Ok I pulled up this Sunday’s cruise. I am curious of your opinion, my itinerary is a little different than the usual one (I am not sure why!) but we do Port Canaveral/Coco Cay/Nassau versus the usual PC/Nassau/CC. I assume I should base my activities off of “Coco Cay day” and not necessarily “Day 5”?

Wow. Tough questions!! Start with the parade, then finish with the movie? I assume your group has seen the movie before.
There are times when RCL keeps things on certain number days, and others that match the port/at sea situation. Sometimes things don’t always make sense.

Looks like all the stuff is on Day 6 which is a Sea Day so that’s good.
Only 800 times but I can pretty much guarantee I know which activity DS10 will want to attend.

Yep. We fly into Newark this evening!
I booked an UberXXL last night. First time ever I will use ride sharing. We are cruising with another couple, so booked the XXL to ensure we all fit. I am a little nervous we will end up getting cancelled, though.
