Local artist at a holiday art festival a few years ago.
ETA: It’s thick plywood, painted and sealed. Has steel loops attached to the back that a 1/2" steel pipe fits through which stakes it to the ground. Very sturdy. Should last many years.
ETA 2: We also got a nice nativity set made by the same person. It’s on the other half of the yard.
