Just returned from our annual before school starts trip and I thought I would share a little bit about 2 non-park related activities. We tried out Level 99 for the first time and also did our 3rd fishing excursion.
This was our second time fishing from Yacht Club. We arrived a little before 10am and we had 4 fishing on the boat. They use the pontoon boats so very accessible. We first headed down to Hollywood Studios and fished right by the Skyliner. Then we worked our way stopping near Swan/Dolphin and Boardwalk. Everyone caught at least 2 and I had the most at 5. They use live bait and if you want to, you can bait the hook and handle the fish, but if you are like me and not a fan of those things, the guide will do it for you (I have literally been fishing since I was a little kid and usually go out for at least 2-3 fishing trips a year, but my father has never talked me into actually handling the fish!). They also have a cooler with non-alcoholic beverages.

We went to Level 99 on Wednesday. I had pre-paid for an hour and a half starting at 1pm. We arrived and went right in to register. They have free lockers to use. You have an hour and a half to complete as many games/rooms as you would like (there are other options for additional time!). There are 2 flioors of activities. For the rooms, they give you a sense of what the activity is about. Some have a level of physical nature, some are brain teasers, some are skill based. It also gives you a quick synopsis outside of the room and what you need to do. There is a little something for everyone. We had 4 in our party and it seemed like the perfect number for each room. As 2 very non-athletic individuals, we headed into a couple of rooms and quickly ‘noped’ right on out! But the skill based and brain teasers were right up our alley. There are some games for ‘duals’ which is you and one other person competing head to head.
They have food and drinks and you have the option of pausing your time for 30 minutes. We had a couple of drinks in the middle of our time.
I am more than happy to answer any questions! We loved it. My niece and her boyfriend enjoyed it so much they plan on going back Saturday with his son. On a hot Disney day, it was great to find an air conditioned indoor activity we all enjoyed!

Did you find that 90 minutes was long enough at Level 99?
It was for us, but it also wasn’t a busy day, we only had to wait for a few rooms and even when we did, it was a 3 minute wait at the most. I think the earlier in the day you go, the less busy it will be, When we got there at 1pm we weren’t waiting for any rooms. The waiting started closer to 2pm.

…and what happens to the fish after? Do they clean and filet it for you to take and cook at home?
All catch and release! (Which works for me and my son, because we are not seafood fans!)

What is the cost? And I assume that includes a fishing license?
There is a freshwater exemption for private ponds. I always have to buy them when we go to Maine, Canada and in my home state, but we are not fishing private ponds in these locations.

I paid $249 for 2 hours with my Annual Passholder discount which I believe is 20%. We also tipped the guide 20% at the end.
