Hello. I saw somewhere that overweight people can ride Flight of Passage, but there is a size limit and your calves need to be under a certain size.does anyone know?
Here are two posts that might be helpful.
I remember 19” being the calf size max but I don’t know if they’ve changed the restraints at all since the early days.
Yep that was reported and the above blog post has a trick- put your toes on tippy- toe mode.
My husband was never able to fit. They have a tester seat outside that I strongly recommend trying.
I know this post is a bit old but I would like to share updated info! I (F) am 5’5, 240lbs, and have 21’ inch calves. While ive ridden the ride in the past, that was several years and pounds ago (plus also I opt out of tron because the restrains can click, but it hurts alot and leaves a very large gap on my back.) I just rode flight today and tried the tip toe method because I was worried, but I really didnt have to! The restraints clicked in several times before they even touched my calves or my back. I do reccomend you scoot your legs and pelvis as far forward as you can, I deffently paid very close attention to that.
Thanks for sharing & Welcome to the forum
Thanks for posting. I had heard Tron was a killer on the calves, but I never evem thought about the fact that this issue could make a gap with the back restraint
I don’t have difficulty fitting into the Tron bikes or find them uncomfortable but, following the advice of a blogger, I now always ask for the car at the back, with a regular rollercoaster style seat. You get a much better view.
If there is a big line for the back seat, it can take much longer get on the ride.
