Late lunch / late breakfast TS options on AK days?

We (DH, DS16, DD14, and I) are staying at FWC for 9 days in August and plan to have both an early day and late day at AK.
We really love Sanaa, have done lunch there on our previous trips in 2016 and 2018. Should we try Boma? Try an in-park option? Looking to try something new but afraid to risk a less than awesome meal.
