This is likely an after-effect of our Saturday problems. Clear the cache and cookies on your web browser (do a web search if you don’t know how–it varies from browser to browser).
For the app, try uninstalling, restarting the phone/tablet, and then reinstalling.
There are a number of posts on chat about a possible Firefox issue? Do you have any ideas on how to fix that isolated issue? Thanks!

if someone is having issues with Firefox and the “clear your browser cache and cookies” advice does not help, please encourage that person to send details about the problem to firstname.lastname@example.org.
