Does anyone know when they usually announce its winter closure dates?

My friends and I usually go in January/February and of course it’s usually closed. I was looking at past dates (thanks touring plans!) and saw this: Kali River Rapids Closures and Refurbishments

We’re going the week of February 9th this year and it looks like in 2017 & 2018, it reopened the week we’re going. But in 2019, it stayed closed an extra month. Maybe it was a colder year last year?

We went the first full week in Feb 2018 and it was closed.

Length of closure is to do with what is happening with the refurb. 2019 was probably more extensive. Which hopefully means a shorter closure in 2020.
