Jedi Training Signup - Do I need ticket in hand?

Can anyone tell me if I need our tickets for my daughter to sign up? My plan is to take her to sign up while I send someone else with our tickets for FastPasses. (I doubt paper FPs will be gone by October?)

No you don’t in WDW so I can’t imagine why you would there.

I don’t know why I would either, but many things are different in DL, which is why I was hoping for a confirmation from someone.

I can confirm you don’t need tickets in hand to sign up. Many a time I have sent the hubby Fastpass running while I wrangle the kids to Jedi sign ups.
