Issues with TPs during parties

I ran into a few issues trying to use the app last night at JN.

The first one I have previously reported…the description for JN says you can’t arrive before 7:30 if you don’t have a HS general admission ticket. This is wrong. You can enter at 5:30.

(Similarly, the description for MVMCP says you can’t enter before 7 pm, when it is actually 4:30.)

The other issue I faced was I could find no way to go into a mode where you are executing the plan. It was always showing the Optimize/Evaluate/Modify buttons. Maybe this is by design…not sure…but each time I finished a step, I would use the three dots to indicate I finished a step, but it never updated the plan to remove the step from view…so I feel there must be a way to get to another screen for executing the plan?

Finally, I created a MVMCP plan several weeks ago, and I wanted to update it to change our arrival time. I did, but the text that shows when the plan starts still shows the original time and not the updated time. Even killing the app and starting it again didn’t fix it.

I had to email TP to change the times on my plan. After that it worked well. However the plan had Jingle Cruise at 7 minutes wait time the entire party. It was never that low. If we had followed the plan we would have missed the fireworks. I also had trouble marking steps as done and had to delete them from the plan instead

I just left a post that outlined how glitchy the app was for me as well throughout the whole trip. I pivoted and just used the online version as I was mostly using it to remember where we were headed next.

The online version would also allow you to see the start time if the show we were headed to which was not readily visible in the app.

I deleted and re installed as well.

Not as many times as I deleted and re installed the WDW MDE app though!
