Every time I try to customize our magic bands I get a message that I can’t do it at that time and try later. Has anyone else had issues?
I had the same problem and had to call MDE. They reset my magic band order and then it worked fine. With all of the other glitches people have experienced, I was not too surprised.
It’s a very common issue. You can call, live chat or email and they will reset them. I customised mine the same day just in case they disappeared again!
I had the same problem. If you call they can fix it instantly.
