Does anyone know if there is a guest laundry in the Gran Destino Tower? If yes, where is it located?

Yes there is. 3rd floor. Even a TV there while you wait I believe.

And it is super convenient! Those double doors at the back of the third floor elevator lobby are an alternate entrance / exit.
