Is the Touring Plans software having problems?

I’ve been using Touring Plans pretty heavy, trying to make my upcoming visit just right. Since this morning, no matter how I Optimize (Minimize Waiting, Minimize Walking, or Balanced), my plan doesn’t change.

Although I’m trying to create the “perfect plan”, I seriously doubt that I’ve done that. Previously, I could Optimize the same plan again and again and it would always change, but now it just doesn’t.
