Is Soarin a Good Early Entry Option

Hello,

Coming to California Adventure soon with littles. Staying on property at the Disneyland Hotel with Early Entry. Wife loves Soarin and kids love Incredicoaster and none of them love WS or GotG. Was thinking to keep them in the best possible mood (none of them are morning people)…..to use Early Entry to do Soarin and then Incredicoaster twice and then staying in Pixar Pier for the low crowds once 8am hits.

Can anyone comment on if this is an OK strategy?

Anyone know where the Early Entry entrance is to get to Soarin?

Thank you in advance for any responses!

Scott

Sounds fun to me!

When we were there a couple of years ago, we were put in a buffer area by Soarin.

Before 7:30, they will release people to go to the EE line next to Carthay’s entrance.

I’d double check on Touring Plans fabulous Lines Chat. (Even on the WDW Lines chat those guys answer DL questions fast).

We haven’t been in over a year now so not sure if it’s still the case, but in the past we’ve avoided Soarin’ first as they seem to intentionally throttle the line by only filling the B (center) section. But we also rarely have early entry. If you are at the front of the early entry crowd though (by getting to the front entry gates by 7-7:15am) then I think your plan is a good one.

Coming from the front entrance as an early entry guest, you’ll be able to walk almost directly (but not quite all the way) to Soarin’ so just head towards the ride and they’ll hold you close to it.
