This is what I came up with for our Day 2 at AK. We’ll only have one day there and knowing that the boys won’t last much more than 5 to 6 hours, I didn’t put in the train ride to the conservation station.
Am I pushing it for time with the 1st 3 things or is it doable?

I think you’ll be just fine with the first 3 events as is. If you’re at all worried, swap the gorilla falls and safari. That way you’ll know you make the FPP window for safari without pressure. You have oodles of time before the FotLK FPP opens, and even if you miss that you’ll still have great seats.
Thanks. I’m trying to get as much in as possible, keep it as relaxed as possible which will hopefully minimize the possibility of meltdowns. You can read the backstory on our trip on one of my chats on the Liners app. Having a lot of trouble doing the HS TP. They like Star Wars but not really into it that much. We may end up doing Toy Story over and over and over ad infinauseum.
