I was wary of ride share too (as you know I am wary of everything that is new) but it’s easy. You may be able to find a promo code for Lyft Pink. We got it free for a month with a promo and it provided discounts and free priority pickup for an XL vehicle in January at WDW. We used it for airport transfers and to/from WDW locations for an offsite portion of the trip and it was quite convenient. In April we paid the $9.99 monthly fee to use it again for airport transfers. In the app you can see the vehicle assigned to you on the map and the license plate #, make and model. It’s easier than G+ and ILLs so you will be fine if you go that route.
