Thanks! I did have to say “basically” 30 years. She dumped me for a while in college. That gave both of us about 5 years to go have a “practice” marriages, with crazy people, before reconnecting.

After that, I hope you didn’t make it easy when she wanted to get back together!
I plan on doing the same thing - but I’m the DW and DH is going back to the room.
I have Oga reservations so I think I will be able to get in.
Oh no… to be clear… I had to convince her us getting back together was a good idea. It wasn’t like she was hunting me down! I will say after a few years being married I did bring up the topic of, “See… we never should have separated.” That was quickly slammed down and I was told never to mention it again - even as a joke! (She doesn’t like to be wrong!!)
