I would expect them any time after midnight
But I wouldn’t stress myself out over it.

Will the current discounts go away when the new ones come out?
Depends on the dates of the current ones. They don’t go away just because there are new ones though

I talked to my travel agent today about adjusting my dates for November, now that the Christmas party dates are out. She had a trip booked for Thursday, so she’s going to be working from the beach. Apparently, every time she books a vacation for herself, Disney drops discounts. I encouraged her to take more vacations.
