More info: this article says the Skyliner was operational “roughly 2 hours” after the incident.
However, the very first report I could find of the incident was posted at about 7:22pm, about 1hr 20 min before the Skyliner was later reported open (second tweet - 8:41pm).

Here is the DFB report of someone being on board for 45 minutes. Note that they got everyone off by running the skyliner to the station - I haven’t seen reports of anyone needing to be cherry picked.
