Park first
By park first - I am a senior, but sometimes I use a regular adult plan so having them organized by demographic causes multiple steps.

It looks like I’m late to the party on this one, but I agree parks first! In the hierarchy of topics, people are probably looking for a specific park first before getting into the details.
By the way, I am thrilled that the directory is being revamped! My one piece of feedback on every TP survey I have done in recent years is to clean up the website navigation scheme. 
In particular, if you arrive at TP’s website from the blog, forum, dashboard, or the home page, you will encounter four completely different schemes and menus and will have a hard time figuring out how to get back to one of the others.

Yes. This. Uniformity is very important in UX.
