How to link an excursion on MDE

I’ve just phoned and booked a Holiday Sleigh Ride, the CM gave me a confirmation number to link it to my MDE account, but I’m not sure where to link it! It looks like a dining reservation number, as in it is only numbers not any letters, but it won’t link through there. Where else should I try? I’m reluctant to call the US again, so thought somebody here may know…

I could be wrong, but I don’t think you can actually link it like a dining reservation. I just added a carriage ride to my MDE itinerary and put the confirmation number there. Pretty sure those do not show up in your reservations - you just have to keep confirmation number handy

We are doing a MK Fireworks cruise during our trip and I made a “note” on the correct day in MDE and typed in all the information we needed, including the confirmation number. There doesn’t seem to be any other way to include these kinds of events.

I will just note down the number in my itinerary, the CM did say to link it but she may just have been having an ‘off’ day, she was pretty helpful otherwise!

you can always search or ask a question of the moms panel in MDE online. I think I am right, but thinks could have changed

Is there anyway to link reservations for tours such as the Pirate and Pals Fireworks Cruise and extras like the Pirates League to My Disney Experience. I can figure out how to link restaurant reservations but cannot seem to link other reservations.” Hi Christa,

At this moment in time, it is not possible to link reservations for Special Experiences and Tours on My Disney Experience.

When I have experienced this situation myself in the past, I simply added the information manually in the “Notes” for the day of my reservation. To do this, you will need to log in to your My Disney Experience account, go to “My Itinerary”, and then select the day of your special experience or tour. Then click on the “+” sign that says “Add Plans”. You can enter all of the information here so that it’s handy for you to access from within your schedule.
