We are staying at Wilderness with a check in date of 1/26. I forgot to put in a touring plans room request (I thought I had until 5 days before to do so). Is the fax number for the room request just the wilderness fax number (Walt Disney World Hotels - Fax Numbers)?
Reservations are now done centrally.
Just call in and have it added to your reservation.
TP sends in the room requests via email now, and can accept up to one day prior to check in. See this link for details:
If you complete the request fewer than 30 days (and more than one day) prior to check-in, we will send the request the morning after your request is filled-out. Since they are unlikely to succeed on short notice, our system does not send requests created for same- or next-day check-ins.
