There’s a user on the DIS called Drusba, who seems to know the ins and outs of everything DVC legal related, I can’t follow everything he posts but I try and get the gist of it.

These are the users that I reassured my husband with when we bought. I was like - there are a bunch of smart lawyer-owners who will look out formoue interests.

I may have missed this earlier-but wanted to make sure you knew that Sept-Oct are not low season as far as DVC demand any more-so don’t count on being able to move at 7 months in those months. SSR is a really nice resort now, though, after refurb so I would be fine being stuck there. “buy where you don’t mind staying”.
