My son wants to do Captain Hook’s pirate crew and I figured the wife and I could hit up RnRC while he’s there.
About 20 minutes, assuming you don’t get lost like we did (there’s no reason to think you will, it’s pretty straightforward, especially if you’re starting from HS).

I’m worried about getting lost too 
You could also take the boat there if you don’t feel like walking. The only stop on the way is at the swan/dolphin.
