For Memorial Day weekend, we’re going to UOR straight to Harry Potter on a Saturday (yes, I know it will be crowded.) UOR doesn’t offer EPA so when should we arrive to the park before the gates open? We are staying at the Royal Pacific and have Express Passes,and we do want to enjoy Diagon Alley before it gets too busy/crowded.
When possible, you should try to be at the gates about one hour before entry. Most people will be going to IOA for Hagrid’s & VC.
That will make the RD crowd for USF much better! If you can get to those gate 45 - 60 minutes before opening you’ll be fine!
