How early do the monorails and buses start running at WDW?

Buses typically start 120 to 90 minutes before the park opens; monorails are usually running at least an hour before park open.

Best to ask a CM at the resort for the start time? Need to be at MK for am EMH in a couple weeks. WDW website says one hour prior to park opening generally. Hoping for earlier as Iā€™d like to be at the MK about an hour to 45 min before opening.
