I don’t think they ever scanned our Magic Bands. In fact I don’t think I saw them scanning anyones bands, but they did have a photographer there. Are they lost forever?
I think if your bands weren’t scanned then they may be gone, but if you know the time you could try the Photopass Support team and see what they say. I always email them - email@example.com. Tell them the time and date, attach a pic of yourselves on that day ideally so they have something to compare to.
I’ve had this happen as well. As mentioned, just e-mail or call them and they’ll find them for you. You need to give them as much info as possible. It’s even better if you used a FastPass to enter as they’ll have that time in their system.
