I’d like to hear from anyone staying on PLE deals how their rooms were and did they feel treated any differently.
I’ve only stayed onsite a few times. I recall at Contemporary, we weren’t able to request a room location on a conference rate. I can’t recall what I wanted to switch at check in - something about location - and was told absolutely no switching, every room is pre-assigned. But, when we got to the room there was some other problem and they did have other rooms and switched us easily. At Yacht Club, we also had a conference rate but had a water view booked and they showed me a few locations on a map at check-in and asked what I prefer (better view vs less walking). It was a completely different check-in experience.
I’ve never used Priceline for anything, but I’ve read reviews at non-Disney hotels about getting the worst rooms or poor customer service when using Priceline.
