Hotel and Ticket Discounts Spring 2025

Does anyone know when they usually release discounts for the spring? Looking for a May trip and was wondering if I should book now or wait for discounts.

2nd question is if booking on-site is it better to book a package with tickets or room only in hopes of a ticket deal?

Honestly, the availability of dates and resort rooms that I was interested in under that offer were very limited.
