Hollywood Studios Expected Waits Way Off

I’ve been a paid subscriber for years and love Touring Plans. It’s always been very accurate for us and I appreciate the hard work.

However, on Friday, September 25, Touring Plans was way off on Hollywood Studios wait times. We were using the Lines app and the Expected Wait was consistently around 30 minutes lower than the actual wait. The app’s charts also showed various lines dropping from 8-9pm (9pm park close), but that never happened.

September 25 was a MNSSHP day, and Animal Kingdom closed at 7pm, so everyone went to Hollywood Studios or EPCOT. Unfortunately, this wasn’t reflected in the Touring Plans software’s expected wait times data.

If someone on the team could take a look at this that would be great. Thanks.

I don’t work for TP but I’m sorry this didn’t work out for you. One thing on this point:

Did you wait in one of the lines? The posted wait time might have remained high but the actual wait times usually drop in that last hour, especially the last 30 min.
