We are going to be making our first trip down for the Christmas decorations this year and are staying at Old Key West as a DVC member. I am a little confused by the new rule changes regarding visiting the resorts. Since we are going to be staying onsite will we be able to go by the other resorts to look at the decorations or will we be required to have a dining reservation at the resort to be able to go by? We were hoping to spend about half our day one day hopping around and looking at some of the decorations. Figured we could just take a bus or the monorail and stop in at each of the ones we were interested in. Thanks for the help!
Yes, on site guests can go to any resort and use any transportation to/from the parks, Disney Springs, and the resorts.

I was just coming on to say this too. Last Xmas, waiting for our OKW bus at DS, the CM checked our bands and I asked about being able to go to another resort (can’t remember what for) and she told us that resort guests were free to board any bus to any resort.
