HHN 35 News, Updates & Planning

My son said, “tell us something we didn’t know”. I was looking at last year’s news dates. Hopefully we will start to get regular announcements soon.

Is there one of these for Hollywood I can follow that I’m not finding? Thanks! We’re doing Cali this year for the new F&F roller coaster which is what they should have done for this franchise in Orlando! It looks so cool. But gonna combine with HHN Hollywood

I’m pretty sure I’m going to USH for HHN and the F&F coaster too!

If you want to start that thread, I’d follow and add to it!

Right now, for USH, I think the only offical house announcement is Stranger Things 5.

However, I saw the tent for the Clowns from Outer Space house being constructed when I was there in May. (So that’s at least 2 out of 8)

They have Sinners on the site too

I’m disappointed JW won’t be open, they can take Simpsons and stuff it LOL:

That is odd. It’s on the lower lot with Mummy and Mario Kart. That bums me out as well.

For someone who isn’t interested in HHN, is it worth it to go during October when the park closes most nights for HHN?

USF is the only park of the three UOR parks that closes early during HHN. There is no HHN on Monday and Tuesday. The scare actors get those nights off.

IOA tends to stay open until 9pm. Epic is usually open until 10pm.

If you go to USF in the daytime, you’ll have to leave by 5pm. Security clears the park, like Disney does for MNSSHP and etc…

I think so. You can still see some of the set pieces set up around USF (nothing too scary) during the day. Sometimes they have some small things set up in Citywalk. Like @darkmite2 said, the other parks are still open later. That said, October still is pretty hot and at risk for hurricanes so if you’re not really interested in HHN and can go another time a bit later in the year, that might make more sense.

Mardi Gras is pretty fun with the parade and all

Thank you both. We’ve been trying to find a time to get in UOR and October seems our best bet as we get a few days off, but when I started looking it seemed like all the parks closed at 5 or 6. Great to know it’s only the one!

Universal usually posts real hours about 2 months ahead of time but you should be good unless they throw a curve ball this year!

Another house was announced today

I got an email from Universal Hollywood stating Hellraiser is coming there as well

The screen shot is from the email I got today for Orlando. I think it is the first email I have received about a house.

It’s their big headliner this year for sure, it’s the in Terrifier location from last year.
