Hi folks! My family (2 adults, 2 kids ages 6 and 9), along with what seems like our whole town , is headed to Universal and WDW for the first week of November (trip details below for reference)! Our last trip was Spring 2021, so the crowd situation was very different. We have our touring plans mostly set, but would love input on a few specific situations. This forum is incredible, so thanks in advance for all of your expertise!
- Does anyone have experience with Extended Evening Hours at AK? Specifically, how are waits for the Pandora rides? We always rope-drop, but would consider a later start/midday break and return at night if the waits are low (and to see Pandora in the dark!)
- Virtual queues and rider swap-if doing rider swap, do all parties need to have a boarding group, even the kid who isn’t riding?
- I know crowds are just starting to pick up and have seen some discussion about this-we’ll be doing MK on a party day (1st night of the Christmas party) and leaving by about 5. We’re debating on whether to buy LLMP for that day (we have another 1/2 day at MK earlier in the week). Would love thoughts on whether it’s worth it (I know that’s a subjective thing!)-will definitely rope-drop that day!
