Help. Need some specifics on sofabeds in BWV 1BR and BRV 1BR

Hi. I believe they are both older sofabeds. Do they have the bar?? Any guesses on how high they are from the floor when open?

For BWV - they are older in the sense that they aren’t the murphy beds but they’re not horrible. DH slept on it with DD5 for 10 nights and didn’t complain.

The bed is pretty low to the floor but no idea how high exactly.

They are the old model pull out couch, but I think they are pretty comfortable. They are pretty much couch seat height once open bc the bed frame pops out over the couch base and the mattress is somewhat thick.
