Two days at Universal starting tomorrow. We have a deluxe resort + express pass unlimited.
I failed to do any planning. We are Harry Potter fans, and usually Disney people (staying at our DVC home right now).
Going to Universal exclusively to do all the HP things. Early risers, speed walkers, but “rope drop” is too stressful for me. Youngest kid is 7 and 49”.
Happy to pay for the touring plans subscription if necessary, just help me find the right itinerary so I look like I have my ducks in a row for my family tomorrow. Panicking a little, and don’t have my emotional support laptop to aid in DIY research.

I think you are fine to explore! Express pass should make it easy–I would just make a list of must-dos and take off!

Universal Express Passes ate truly EXPRESS. No reservations needed. You go to the when you are ready and will board, typically, in about only 33% - 50% of the post wait time.
No serious planning needed! Enjoy!
