Its the conveniences that they have taken away that have hurt the worst. Change this ride or close that, but don’t take away package delivery, my magical express, and all the luggage handling.

Ok, I give up! What does BVG stand for? I’ve been wracking my brain for the answer and have to admit defeat. I know I know this abbreviation but I just can’t place it!
