We are staying a few days at hotel that offers express. I know we get into park an hour early bird but what’s the status as far as riding the ride with express or in that early hour . Is it open then ?
Hagrid doesn’t use Express Pass at the moment and there’s no way of knowing when it starts. We also don’t know about early entry - it is currently at US, not IOA, so there hasn’t been an opportunity to find out.
I should also have said that you can’t use Express Pass during early entry.

I think Star Wars will be the main event in town. Sunday 7/28 we waited 2 hours for it to start the day. It broke down and we got right back on with a smooth ride. I doubt October waits are more than an hour if that.
