Yes, I received an email from DVCnews about this too. I don’t really mind since the charge is per delivery - we’ll still save lots by using Prime Now. 
And if it’s true that they won’t charge if you collect from Bell Services yourself that’s even better, since that’s what I always do anyway.
Disappointing but I will still be saving much more than the added $6.

Difficult at best at the bigger resorts (I’m looking at you OKW and SS)
But still not completely unreasonable. They have to staff those positions- and more of them the more deliveries there are -but it would be nice if they could hide it in the room rate
