Grinchmas 2025

But some aspects such as meeting the Grinch are much different than the regular park experience? Do I remember correctly that the regular Grinch meet can be a two hour wait?

Yes that’s how I also what I remember hearing about it-

  • that said this years “tour” has no VIP wording in it. I take that as UO trying to level out expectations and has what I perceive to be big changes… starting with the price.

Knowing we were going in December I had started reading reviews and it seems the price might have dropped a little.

The next big change is it’s during the afternoon as opposed to closing down the park…again to each his own but this is ok by us.

I think it’s fair to say that last year’s reviews may no longer be representative of this year’s tour. From what I can tell it’s definitely not going to be the same experience as previous years but again I have nothing to compare it too except maybe MVMCP or Smokey mountain Christmas

  • I think that is completely unfair comparison of apples to oranges with Disney but right on point with an experience we love at Dollywood. (If you ever get the chance highly recommended it)

Not saying it is for everyone and it’s definitely a time suck but that’s ok for us geezers we enjoy the tour type stuff while the twenty-somethings are on the big coasters. Being just old fuddy-duddys for this part of the trip we really had no interest in the breakfast.

We go early December- not sure if anyone else is heading there in November but would love to hear some feedback of the current offerings.
