Just wanted to pass on how pleased we were with the room auto fax. We arrived last Wednesday (12/2) at about 12:30. Our “Your room is ready” text arrived about 15 minutes later. Our first room choice was POFQ 4314; we actually were in 4316. Can’t get much closer than that. An awesome result. Thanks so much.

I was also very pleased with my room auto fax request. I was at OKW May 14 - 21 and did not get my exact room, but it was very close. I requested 2720 and was given 2726. same building I wanted and same config, just on a different side. I will use it again in October for my BCV stay.
