Hello! I am planning a graduation celebration to WDW in January. I want to be able to buy graduation mouse ears (preferably the headband style) on the trip. Does anyone know if these are sold at WDW (specifically, Epcot, Magic Kingdom, Disney Springs) year-round? I know January isn’t typical graduation season but that’s just when it worked to take our trip.

Oh… that’s a good question, I know I’ve seen them about this past year at uncommon times. Try shop Disney online?
Ebay is another option if you can’t find 'em though they might cost more than Disney charges. And I really like some of the etsy ones crafty people make if all else fails.
I bought some in March. Not sure when they first come out.
