This article gives dates for most of the Gingerbread decorations. It omits an actual date for the Beach Club which happens to be my favourite.

Boardwalk goes live a couple days after we check out but I’m hopeful we can catch some of the prep work. But we’ll definitely get over and check out the carousel!
