What is the best way to get to Hoop Dee Doo from offsite, for an 8:30 dinner?
The longer version… My wife and I have a Disney week coming up in November, it is on the tail end of a work conference for me. My wife flying in that afternoon, and its my/our last night in the conference hotel. We are cutting it a little close so I just want to have an efficient plan in place so I can stop worrying 
Drive or Uber to Fort Wilderness and get the internal bus to Pioneer Hall.
Ride Share drops you off in the front of Fort Wilderness, at the Outpost. There is a very short walk across the parking lot to the internal bus system where you will get on the Settlement bus. It’s about 5-10 mins to the HDR building. You could also park at the Outpost and take the internal bus.
Another option if you don’t want to deal with the internal would be get dropped off WL and take either the boat or bus to FW. Either drops you off right by HDDR.
I have to say I enjoyed HDDR when we stayed at FW but it wasn’t so great IMO that it’s worth the hassle if not staying at FW or WL.
