I hope I am not duplicating something that already exists but I keep reading there are big changes coming for Genie + in 2024 but can’t find anything specific. Anyone knows what we can expect ? Hopefully no more crazy 7am stuff; going back to booking in advance like FP+ would be so nice…

Disney announced G+ & ILL advanced booking will happen. No details on how many days ahead or a start date yet.

Hopefully January, along with the park reservations (for dated tix) already scheduled to end. Len expects the park hopping 2:00 rule will be gone in January too.

In June I discovered the Genie+ system in the MDE and DLR apps was undergoing a complete rewrite. Whatever you’re hearing might have something to do with that.

As of this august there has been no major changes in the code since the rewrite started.
