Why is Friends and Family so complicated on MDE? I think Disney needs to simplify this entire process…..Like tear it down and start from scratch……….

The fact that you can do soooo much more on the website vs the app drives me crazy.

Thanks but Im just venting…..have a trip w 17 people 2 weeks from tomorrow and planning it isnt easy………
I agree. They want us to rely on the app and it’s just garbage! I don’t think I have ever used it without it shutting down at least once…usually just as I am confirming a much wanted reservation.
I can’t believe the number of times I have to re-authenticate while using MDE

I did a trip with 13 in 2022 and the getting the friends and family thing correct was a nightmare, partially due to MDE and partially due to the incompetence of a couple (2) people in DW’s extended family 
(DW agrees).

I don’t even at all use my password as it never works. When asked for it, I select text me a code and I’m in. Faster than immediately. Or before I can begin to be irritated. I’m not completely sure though it seems I am only entering the texted code once a day.

Vent away. I had a Jr and a Sr in my group (though not true jr/sr because they have different middle names), and omg the headache because the system thought they were the same person somehow. This was way back in 2019, but I still am annoyed. Had to call to straighten everything out.
