Do you have to be tapped in for FPP to be allowed to expire? I am planning on doing a late arrival on my first day at DHS. I was wondering if I have to be tapped in prior to the Tier 2 FPP times for them to expire and count for being able to get additional FPPs. Could I have my first 2 Tier 2s be scheduled and expire prior to my arrival, then use my Tier 1 and start obtaining same day FPPs?
