Fort Wilderness - travel to/from MK, EPCOT and Universal

OK looking at a split stay ending with a cabin at FW.
But we won’t have a car and DW is leery about the legendary travel times to the rest of the World and UOR.
How bad is it to get to MK, EPCOT and Universal?

At Ft Wilderness its a QUICK boat ride to MK. That was our fav when at the camp ground. It was a short walk to the dock but they also have buses. I cant say for Universal, I would look into Uber/ Lyft. Not sure where the pick up point would be. The bus system in the Wilderness takes time, just the internal system takes time. Epcot wasn’t too bad, but I would figure 45 mins from when u leave ur site.
